Elchin Aliyev’s lecture on architecture of Baku and oeuvre of German architects, who worked in the country in the end XIX and beginning of the XX centuries. Lecture was organized by the Baku Architecture Club together with the Embassy of Germany in Azerbaijan in framework of the European Union’s «Fantasy» Festival, 2 November 2018.
